💨 Abstract

In Kherson, southern Ukraine, about 23,000 households lost electricity due to Russian shelling that targeted power equipment in the city. The attack struck the Dniprovskiy district along the Dnipro River, an area frequently shelled by Russian troops on the opposite bank.
