A knife-wielding man in Shanghai, China attacked a supermarket on the eve of the country's 75th National Day, killing three people and injuring 15 others. The attacker, a 37-year-old man named Lin, was motivated by personal financial disputes. An investigation is underway. China has faced a series of mass knife attacks in recent years.
