President Donald Trump has threatened to impose additional sanctions on Russia if Vladimir Putin refuses to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine. Trump is in talks with both Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Putin, and has also discussed the issue with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
