US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to declassify files related to the assassinations of Presidents John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy, and civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. The order directs the Director of National Intelligence to present plans for the full and complete release of records within 15 days for JF Kennedy, and within 45 days for the other two.
