💨 Abstract
Turkish authorities detained two cartoonists, including Dogan Pehlevan, over a cartoon in the weekly magazine 'Leman'. The drawing showed what appeared to be Prophets Moses and Muhammad amidst war missiles, intended as a commentary on religious harmony. The interior minister condemned the cartoon, describing it as insulting. Leman apologized and stated the cartoon was misunderstood and did not intend to offend religious values.
