💨 Abstract

A Russian missile struck a residential building in Sumy, Ukraine's northeast region, killing ten people, including two children, and injuring 52. The attack followed a series of strikes on Ukraine's power grid. The Ukrainian authorities are providing assistance to the affected and have evacuated over 400 people. Both sides deny targeting civilians in their strikes.
