💨 Abstract

British comedian Russell Brand, 50, has been charged with two additional counts—one of rape and one of sexual assault—related to two women. These new charges follow five previous charges from April involving four other women. Brand is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 20, with a trial for the earlier charges scheduled for June 16 at Southwark Crown Court.
