💨 Abstract

A Russian missile struck a Palau-flagged vessel in Ukraine's Odesa port on Monday, killing a Ukrainian worker and injuring five crew members, according to officials. This is the second such attack in two days. The vessel, identified as the Optima, arrived hours before the attack and was damaged along with another ship in the Black Sea grain-export hub.
