Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy criticizes the "zero" response from allies to Russia's deployment of North Korean troops for the war in Ukraine. He believes this weak response encourages Vladimir Putin to increase the North Korean troop contingent. Zelenskiy also expressed surprise at China's silence over the troop deployment. Ukraine has "clear information" that Russia has confirmed the deployment of North Koreans, directly to the West via intelligence channels.
