United Nations' refugee chief Filippo Grandi has accused Israel of violating international humanitarian law by targeting civilian infrastructure and killing civilians in Lebanon. The airstrikes are part of an expanded Israeli operation against Iran-backed Hezbollah. The conflict has displaced over 1.2 million people in Lebanon, with more than 2,000 killed and nearly 10,000 wounded.
