💨 Abstract
A 'lone wolf terrorist' supporting Islamic State (ISIS) killed over a dozen people by ramming a car into a crowd on Bourbon Street, New Orleans, during New Year's celebrations. The street was reopened on Thursday. The attacker, identified as Shamsud Din Jabba, was immediately killed in a shootout with police. The FBI found an ISIS flag and suspected explosives in his vehicle.
