💨 Abstract
The United States has determined that members of Sudan's Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and allied militias have committed genocide in Sudan, leading to tens of thousands of deaths and millions displaced. The RSF leader, Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, also known as Hemedti, was sanctioned by the US, barring him from traveling to the US and freezing any US assets he holds.
