Hurricane Milton, a Category 3 storm, made landfall near Siesta Key, Florida on Wednesday, with sustained winds of 120 mph. The hurricane center warned of dangerous hurricane-force winds in the Tampa and St Petersburg areas. After landfall, Milton will weaken as it moves inland and exit into the Atlantic Ocean.
