Venezuela's acting President Delcy Rodriguez announced seven days of mourning for military personnel killed in a U.S. raid aimed at capturing President Nicolas Maduro. The attack resulted in the deaths of about two dozen Venezuelan officers and 32 Cuban military and police officers who were working in Venezuela. Cuba declared two days of mourning for its losses.
