Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro was sworn in for a third term, despite an election dispute and international condemnation. Maduro was declared winner of July's election by Venezuela's electoral authority and top court, but ballot box tallies show a landslide win for opposition's Edmundo Gonzalez. The U.S. increased its reward for information leading to Maduro's arrest on drug trafficking charges to $25 million.
