The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations reported multiple VHF radio challenges to ships in the northern Gulf, potentially linked to Iranian military exercises. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is conducting exercises, known as Great Prophet 19, in the Strait of Hormuz. Seafarers were warned of possible VHF hailing near Iranian waters.
