Federal prosecutors released transcripts of videos recorded by Claudio Neves Valente, the gunman who killed two students at Brown University and a physics professor from MIT before taking his own life. Valente, a former Brown doctoral student, admitted to planning the Brown attack months in advance. The videos, found in a storage locker, reveal Valente's lack of remorse and vague grievances but provide no clear motive.
