💨 Abstract

The fourth Quad Leaders' Summit, held in Wilmington, Delaware, resulted in various announcements to address the development needs of the Indo-Pacific region. The Quad leaders, including US President Joe Biden, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of Australia, Prime Minister Kishida Fumio of Japan, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, adopted the Quad Wilmington Declaration.
