The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled that it lacks jurisdiction to rule on Sudan's case accusing the United Arab Emirates (UAE) of supplying weapons to paramilitary forces in Darfur, potentially fueling genocide. Sudan had argued that the UAE was violating the Genocide Convention, but the UAE said the case should be thrown out.
