The World Uyghur Congress (WUC) has criticized staged cultural performances by East Turkistan Uyghur dancers in Paris and Budapest, alleging they are Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda aimed at concealing ongoing Uyghur genocide. These performances are regulated and planned by the CCP to project a false image of Uyghur freedom and cultural vibrancy.
