President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced a significant restructuring of Ukraine's military on Tuesday. Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi, who had resigned after a deadly Russian attack on a training facility, was appointed as the new commander of Ukraine’s joint forces. New commanders were also appointed for the land forces, paratroops, and unmanned systems.
