💨 Abstract

In a R1.9 million taxi rank fraud case, the Special Tribunal dismissed a counterclaim brought by contractors Kubwa Kazi Construction, Lebaka Construction, and their directors. The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) found "strong evidence" of fraud, including a fake invoice for R1.97 million.
