💨 Abstract
A 43-year-old civil engineer, Shekendra Bhagwandin, was fined R35,000 (or face a two-year prison sentence, half suspended) for speeding at 217 km/h in a 120 km/h zone in KwaZulu-Natal. Driving a BMW M3 without a front number plate, he was arrested on 28 September and pleaded guilty.
