Cape Town-born aristocrat Lady Eliza Spencer, niece of Princess Diana, is planning her wedding to South African businessman Channing Millerd. Speculation surrounds whether she will wear Diana's famous Spencer Tiara. Eliza's twin sister Amelia and older sister Kitty chose not to wear the tiara on their wedding days, citing different reasons. If Eliza wears it, she would be the second person to do so since Diana's death.
