Malcolm-Jamal Warner, renowned for playing Theo Huxtable on "The Cosby Show," passed away at 54. He drowned while swimming during a family vacation in Costa Rica. Throughout his career he continued to work and took part in discussions on mental health and representation in entertainment. Warner is survived by his wife and daughter but kept their identities private.
