💨 Abstract
Rachel Kolisi, estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, launched a new movement called "Falling Forward" on Instagram. The movement focuses on women's courage, resilience, and growth. Rachel, who stepped down as CEO of The Kolisi Foundation in February 2025, co-founded the organization with Siya. The couple, married for eight years, split in October 2024 and have two children.
