đź’¨ Abstract
In his memoir "Unlocked," Springbok rugby player Eben Etzebeth addresses a 2019 incident in Langebaan where he was accused of assault and using a racial slur. Etzebeth denied these allegations, stating he never uses racist language and that the accusations were opportunistic attempts to gain money and political profit. The charges were later withdrawn by the NPA, and an internal SA rugby investigation cleared him.
