💨 Abstract
After over a decade of planning, Cape Town will soon have its second-tallest skyscraper, a 41-story mixed-use tower at 1 Bree Street. Standing at 131 meters, it will feature contemporary architecture while integrating a heritage building. The project, led by a prominent JSE-listed developer, aims to blend lifestyle, commerce, and hospitality, significantly enhancing Cape Town's skyline and revitalizing its Central Business District.
