đź’¨ Abstract
The SPCA is investigating a viral TikTok video featuring an emaciated dog. The video, posted by influencer Sasha Tshiamo, sparked public outrage due to the dog's visible ribs and lethargic state. Despite calls for action, Tshiamo claims the dog is not hers and she is not responsible for it. The SPCA has confirmed an investigation and warned that animal abusers can face criminal charges under the Animals Protection Act.
