💨 Abstract
The kitchen, often considered the heart of the home, is surprisingly the dirtiest room, harboring dangerous bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella. A study by the NSF found that over 75% of dishcloths and sponges, 45% of kitchen sinks, 32% of countertops, and 18% of cutting boards were contaminated. These items trap food and moisture, spreading bacteria rapidly.
