The 2026 Formula One season kicks off with the Australian Grand Prix at the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne on March 8. The race starts at 06:00 SA time. Lando Norris, the defending drivers’ champion, and McLaren, the reigning constructors’ champions, will be key contenders. The 2025 race was won by Norris, followed by Max Verstappen and George Russell.
