💨 Abstract
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has denied rumors that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of South Africa's national police commissioner, Fannie Masemola. This follows claims made by Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema, who stated a warrant had been signed but not executed, suggesting political interference. IDAC spokesperson Henry Mamothame confirmed there are no such warrants.
