💨 Abstract
Africa produces the majority of the world's cocoa, with Côte d'Ivoire as the largest producer. In the 2022/2023 season, Africa accounted for 73.4% of global cocoa output. However, the 2024/25 season started with mixed sentiments as exports increased alongside cocoa prices, raising concerns about supply risks.
