💨 Abstract

A blind student, Lethabo Maleka, graduated cum laude with an LLB from the University of Limpopo despite losing his sight due to a cobra attack in 2011. Maleka overcame numerous challenges, including finding suitable education, and achieved top matric results in 2021. The university praised his resilience and discipline. Similarly, Riyaadh Kader, who became disabled after a shooting, graduated with an LLB from UWC.
