💨 Abstract
Shepherd Bushiri, a self-proclaimed prophet, accused South African Hawks officials, including a general named "Sibiya," of corruption and threats after a Malawi court blocked his extradition. The Malawi High Court ruled his extradition unlawful, halting his return to face fraud and money laundering charges. Bushiri claimed Hawks members demanded R12 million in 2016 and later escalated demands, implicating high-ranking officials.
