South Africa's motorists face increased fuel prices in early February 2025, with projections of a 93 cent increase for 93 octane petrol, 86 cents for 95 users, 109-113 cents for diesel, and 100 cents for illuminating paraffin. This is due to a combination of the rand weakening against the dollar and ongoing oil price increases.
