💨 Abstract
The family of late South African Deputy President David "DD" Mabuza is embroiled in a legal battle over his R44.7 million pension payout. His daughter, Tamara Silinda, has filed an urgent High Court application to prevent the full pension from being paid to his widow, Nonhlanhla. Tamara claims her father was also married to her mother under customary law and needs the funds for her expenses.
