💨 Abstract
During the festive season, drunk parents pose a significant danger to children on Cape Town beaches. Despite alcohol being prohibited, intoxicated individuals, particularly parents, remain a concern due to their inability to supervise their children properly, increasing the risk of accidents. The City of Cape Town's Identikidz programme aims to ensure the safety of children by tagging and registering them at designated registration desks.
