💨 Abstract
Two former senior State Security Agency (SSA) officials, Patrick Mshothola and Thulani Dlomo, were arrested for allegedly defrauding R12 million. They appeared in court on 1 December 2025, facing charges of theft, fraud, forgery, and uttering. Both were granted R20,000 bail with strict conditions, including surrendering passports and reporting to police.
