💨 Abstract
A lawyer in KwaZulu-Natal was arrested for driving 220km/h on the N2, nearly double the 120km/h speed limit. Alongside, an auditor and another motorist were also arrested for excessive speeding. The department spokesperson warned that reckless driving leads to broader socio-economic issues. They are urging motorists to adhere to speed limits, especially with the upcoming holiday traffic, and reiterated their commitment to enhancing road safety.
