💨 Abstract
The family of murdered student Leigh Matthews has condemned the parole board's recommendation to release her killer, Donovan Moodley, after serving 19 years for her 2004 kidnapping and murder. The Matthews family argues the decision ignores Moodley’s full prison record, including alleged misconduct and threats. The final decision rests with the Minister of Justice.
