💨 Abstract
In 2025, South Africans will have one fewer public holiday compared to 2024, but more long weekends due to the timing of holidays. There will be 13 days of public holidays, with 12 actual days off work. The Day of Reconciliation on December 16 will still be celebrated, and there will be five long weekends throughout the year.
