💨 Abstract
The Modimolle Regional Court convicted two individuals, Imanuwela David and Froliana Joseph, in the Phala Phala theft case involving President Cyril Ramaphosa's Limpopo game farm. A third accused, Ndilinasho Joseph, was acquitted. David was found guilty of conspiracy, housebreaking, theft, and money laundering, while Froliana was convicted of conspiracy. The court noted weaknesses in the investigation and postponed sentencing to November 13.
