💨 Abstract

On World Environment Day 2025, Pick n Pay commemorated a major environmental achievement, diverting 1.1 million plastic and packaging items from disposal through their Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), Incentivising customers with Smart Shopper loyalty points, the program aims at advancing the lifecycle economy by encouraging waste recycling.
