💨 Abstract

In KwaZulu-Natal, a shoot-out between police and five criminals linked to multiple serious crimes resulted in the death of all suspects. The operation, near Chatsworth, recovered three firearms and was part of ongoing efforts by authorities to combat violence and crime under Operation Shanela. The youngest suspect was 17, and one was a foreign national. Police are still searching for additional suspects.
