💨 Abstract

A R300,000 reward has been offered by South African police for information on suspects in two shootings that resulted in the deaths of three officers within 24 hours. The shootings occurred on August 8, 2025. Two detectives were killed while transporting a prisoner, Jabulani Moyo, who remains at large. Police Commissioner General Fannie Masemola condemned the attacks and urged decisive action.
