💨 Abstract
On Monday, President Cyril Ramaphosa appointed Buti Manamela as the new Minister of Higher Education and Training, replacing Dr. Nobuhle Nkabane. Manamela previously served as Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training since the sixth administration and is known for his work in youth empowerment and technical education. Nomusa Dube-Ncube was appointed as the new Deputy Minister of the portfolio.
