💨 Abstract
A 28-year-old man was arrested in Germiston, Gauteng, for allegedly threatening President Cyril Ramaphosa, the CEO of a Cape Town-based company, and the Mayor of Cape Town. The threats were made in a voice message and multiple subsequent messages. The suspect was arrested by the Hawks’ Crime Against The State unit and will face charges of intimidation in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court. The incident is under ongoing investigation.
