💨 Abstract
In a joint operation, South African and Singaporean authorities seized 55kg of rhino horns and big cat parts, arresting two suspects in Johannesburg. The operation, involving Singapore’s National Parks Board and South Africa’s Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation, disrupted an international wildlife trafficking network. The seized items were part of a broader transnational operation smuggling endangered animal parts from South Africa to foreign markets. The case underscores the importance of coordinated international efforts to combat wildlife crime.
