💨 Abstract

The African National Congress (ANC) National Executive Committee (NEC) will hold roll call sessions with councillors on September 15, 2025, to assess performance and improve service delivery. President Cyril Ramaphosa emphasized the importance of local government in providing basic services and sustainable infrastructure. The ANC NEC has identified critical municipalities with water shortages and is working to address issues like water mafias and leaks.
